Heartland Water Safety Council
meets about three times a year, reaching out to about 44 outside
organizations. They cross train with numerous dive teams, fire
departments, federal and state organizations. They have about 15 members
with active members from the USCG Auxiliary, Nebraska and Iowa state
representatives, USACE, and members of dive teams and fire departments.
