members

Bingham County Sheriff’s staff with a
regional Award of Merit for their exceptional work teaching boating and
water safety practices to teens and children in eastern Idaho.
Willie B. Safe---Developed
in 1997, the Ranger Willie B. Safe campaign has been adopted regionally
and nationally to improve the effectiveness of public safety education
programs nationwide.

The Alaska Marine Safety Education Association (AMSEA),was founded in 1985 to create and support a cold water safety information and training network throughout Alaska and the West Coast. Their goal is To reduce loss of life and injury due to hypothermia and drowning in cold water environments through public education and training.
The American Red Cross presents health and safety tips for prevention of accidents around the water.
Alaska's Kids Don't Float
educational program may be taught by anyone interested in injury prevention, especially EMS personnel, health care providers or educators. Individual experience where appropriate may be substituted for course content.
