"Printed, Video & Radio PSA Contest
Public Service Announcements (PSA) and printed materials
carrying boating and water safety messages are
always of interest at the Summit. You are invited to bring
or send your organization's favorite video and/or radio
PSA and printed pieces (two copies of each item). Printed
items will be displayed. Videos must be in DVD or CD
format only. Print material or other items may be any size.
If you are unable to bring the entries, they must be sent
to the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina c/o IBWSS by
April 15, 2008.

Judging Criteria: Clarity of message, uniqueness/innovation,
boating/water safety message, easily modified so adaptable
nationwide.
Winners will be recognized at the Awards Banquet with 1st,
2nd, and 3rd places. Deadline for entries is 5:30 p.m., Friday,
April 18, 2008."
